I have been practicing japanese by myself for a few years now. However, I don't have any chance to practice, and have noticed that although I can usually read and answer basic questions, I find it very hard to follow along conversations. I want to improve my communication skills and also improve my vocabulary, that is currently very limited.

Hello! I'm a data engineer, which I love doing! I also work remotely, giving me the freedom to work in different places.
Outside of work, I'm very creative, I love drawing, writing and making things. I also enjoy going to the gym, cooking and spending time with friends and family. I'm not really interested in getting married or having children; I still feel very young at heart and can't imagine following the 'traditional' path.
I often watch TV series and anime, and also enjoy video games. In my country, it's not very common for people to watch anime, so it would be fun to chat about it with someone who enjoys it too!
I consider myself an extrovert, always open to meeting new people and setting off on adventures. Last year, I visited Japan for the first time, a dream I'd had since I was little. I'd love to go back, but next time I want to have conversational skills so I can interact more with people and make new friends!
As for my level of Japanese, I have very basic knowledge, roughly at N5 level, but I'm not quite ready for the JLPT yet. I have a decent knowledge of grammar, but my vocabulary is a bit limited. You'll have to be patient with me.
